Students enrolled in private one-to-one sessions are eligible to request a refund only after the completion of their first scheduled session.
If a refund is approved, the following deductions will apply:
USD $30 will be deducted as the non-refundable cost of the one-hour private session already delivered.
Additional non-refundable payment processing fees will also be deducted, including but not limited to Stripe and other payment gateway charges.
After these deductions, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method where applicable.
No refunds will be issued beyond the first completed session.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
