Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to our English language teaching platform, where we aim to provide a unique and personalized learning experience through individual remote teaching sessions. To ensure the best experience for our customers, we offer a variety of subscription plans that meet the needs and preferences of every learner. Here are the details of our subscription and cancellation policy:
Subscription Plans:
1. Pay-per-Session: Learners can purchase an individual teaching session and attend it without committing to a monthly subscription plan.
2. Session Packages: We offer the option to purchase packages that include a specific number of sessions to be used within a specified time frame.
3. Monthly Subscription: This option allows learners to benefit from a certain number of sessions per month, along with specific features that enhance the learning experience.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Cancellation of Individual Sessions:
o Individual sessions can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fee.
o Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.
– Cancellation of Session Packages:
o The full value of an unused package can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
o The value of used sessions from the package cannot be refunded, but the remaining sessions can be transferred to another user.
– Cancellation of Monthly Subscription:
o The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time, but it must be canceled 48 hours before the subscription renewal to avoid being charged for the next month.
o If canceled after the subscription has been renewed, the payment for the new month will not be refunded.
Changing Subscription Plans:
– Learners can change their subscription plans at any time. In case of an upgrade to a higher plan, the cost difference will be applied immediately. In case of a downgrade to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the start of the next subscription cycle.

– We reserve the right to modify the subscription and cancellation policy at any time, and learners will be notified of any significant changes.
